In the middle of the 19th century, the first coffee beans were brought to Vietnam by French colonists, but the Vietnamese quickly tasted a wonderful drink and now can't imagine the morning without it. Locals even add yogurt, eggs and fruit to the drink. Vietnamese coffee is difficult to confuse with something and impossible to forget. The regions of robusta growth are such provinces of the Central Highlands as KonTum, Gia Lai, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh.
